Ingredients you'll need:

1 egg white
0.75 oz Liber & Co. raspberry syrup
0.75 oz lemon juice
2 oz Still Austin gin
Handful of ice
DEHY Lemon - Fine Cut for garnish

Steps:

Start the build in a shaker without ice.
Combine egg white, Liber & Co. raspberry syrup, lemon juice, and Still Austin gin.
Dry shake without ice for 30 seconds.
Add in a handful of ice and shake for five more seconds.
Fine strain into a chilled Micanora glass.
Garnish with a skewered DEHY Lemon - Fine Cut resting on the edge.
