Orders delivered with the correct products and a signed courier proof of delivery, either from the final recipient, a building official or affiliated courier location, cannot receive refunds.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to pick up at an affiliated courier location, or for any other reason, a refund for the order minus shipping and processing can be requested and completed. 

Orders with three failed delivery attempts will also be cancelled and the product and applicable taxes, but not the flat rate shipping fee, will be refunded.

Requests for refunds on orders not yet delivered, or with the incorrect products, can be made to orders@dehygarnish.com.

Requests for any refund must be made within 21 days of placing an order.

Orders may not be returned once delivered.
