The Paloma is a refreshing and zesty cocktail that perfectly balances the bitterness of grapefruit with the smoothness of tequila. Our modernized version adds a touch of sophistication with Aperol and a premium grapefruit cordial, making it a delightful drink for any occasion.

Ingredients you'll need:

2 oz Tromba Reposado Tequila
1 oz Liber & Co. Ruby Red Grapefruit Cordial
0.5 oz Aperol
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
Ice
Soda water
DEHY Grapefruit - Fine Cut
DEHY Lime - Fine Cut
Salt for rimming the glass

Steps:

Rim a columns glass with salt and set aside.
In a shaker, combine Tromba Reposado Tequila, Liber & Co. Ruby Red Grapefruit Cordial, Aperol, and fresh lime juice.
Add ice to the shaker and shake well until chilled.
Strain the mixture into the prepared columns glass filled with ice.
Top with soda water.
Garnish with DEHY Grapefruit - Fine Cut and DEHY Lime - Fine Cut.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
