Ingredients you'll need:

2 oz Monkey Shoulder blended scotch
3/4 oz Liber & Co. ginger syrup
3/4 oz honey syrup
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz pitted scotch (for spritzing)
DEHY Lemon - Fine Cut
DEHY'd candied ginger

Steps:

In a shaker, combine Liber & Co. ginger syrup, honey syrup, fresh lemon juice, and Monkey Shoulder blended scotch.
Add ice to the shaker and shake well.
Fine strain the mixture over a sphere or a large fat ice cube in a rocks glass.
Spritz the cocktail with a pitted scotch.
Garnish with a DEHY Lemon - Fine Cut and DEHY'd candied ginger skewered through the top.
