Paloma

The Paloma. Its origin story is nebulous, but most reports place its creation sometime after the invention of Squirt in Phoenix, Arizona in 1938 and before Mexico started importing soda in 1955. It's an uncomplicated cocktail usually involving blanco tequila, grapefruit soda, and sometimes a squeeze of lime.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Rim a columns glass with salt and set aside.
  2. In a shaker, combine Tromba Reposado Tequila, Liber & Co. Ruby Red Grapefruit Cordial, Aperol, and fresh lime juice.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake well until chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into the prepared columns glass filled with ice.
  5. Top with soda water.
  6. Garnish with DEHY Grapefruit - Fine Cut and DEHY Lime - Fine Cut.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
