Trinidad Sour

Trinidad Sour

The Trinidad Sour is a unique cocktail that stands out due to its unconventional use of Angostura Bitters as a base ingredient. While most cocktails only use a dash or two of these highly aromatic bitters to add complexity, the Trinidad Sour calls for an entire ounce and a quarter. This bold choice pays homage to the birthplace of Angostura Bitters, Trinidad and Tobago, and results in a cocktail that is both intriguing and flavorful.
